1. I would like to utilise your services however we want to keep our top-selling cocktail. Can you batch, bottle & label our recipes for us?
Absolutely! We can take over your batching & provide you with the finished product so that you can save time & labor to focus on more important tasks.
3. How soon can I expect delivery once ordered?
We aim to deliver your product within 2-3 days from placing the order. For the fastest delivery, we require all orders to be placed by 23:00 Sunday night to delivered by Wednesday.
2. How can I make a payment?
Once you have emailed through your order we will send you the invoice with bank details to organise payment. Please be advised that we require payment before the order can be fulfilled and dispatched.
4. Do you provide training on how to make the cocktails?
Yes, we will send you a detailed video on how to make each cocktail purchased. When purchasing a full cocktail menu we will provide full onsite training for your staff. All labels have instructions on the bottle to ensure all drinks are made correctly.
5.Do you offer additional classic or signature cocktails that are not in the brochure?
Yes, we can provide any additional classic or signature cocktails on request.
7.Will I have to purchase ingredients for garnishes?
We will provide all garnishes for signature cocktails included in the price. For classic cocktails, you may be required to use your own produce on hand that all bars & restaurants keep EG: Orange, lemon, lime, mint, etc.
We also sell additional garnish packs for backups & classics such as dried citrus wheels.
6.What is the minimum order quantity for delivery?
MOQ for individual 750ML bottles is 6x
MOQ for large batch format is 1x 5L, 10L, or 20L
Smaller orders are available for pickup only.
8.Do I need to buy different glassware for your cocktails?
We tailor our drinks to your glassware so that you won’t need to buy or change anything costly. - Our cocktails are flexible & serving recommendations are interchangeable to fit the venue’s needs.
