HOW TO DESIGN YOUR MENU
At Cocktail Logistics, our extensive experience designing cocktail menus has led us to discover that a thoughtful, tailored approach results in the most beloved and frequently reordered selections.
There is no one size fits all menu, Each menu depends on a multitude of factors from the venue’s theme, to their clientele, the weather, the food & the music.
That being said, What we have observed from the data compiled through cocktail sales here in Sydney (CBD, Eastern suburbs & surroundings) is what alot of venues fail to do is to tailor there menu to the guests preferences. For example: the top selling cocktails ordered spanning across a wide variety of venues from Cocktail bars, clubs, restaurants, themed venues & pubs are Vodka based drinks which contain either Lychee or Passionfruit. Margaritas, Sours, Espresso martinis & tropical cocktails. To make a succesful menu you need to encorporate these flavours and styles in to your signature drinks, this way you are able to charge a premium for signatures over just predominately selling classics.
